We created a corporate explainer animation that was technical enough to show InfoSum as trusted tech professionals whilst also keeping it simple enough to convey the complex concept clearly, at any level.

Infosum which has developed the world’s leading federated data platform which enables advertisers, media owners, data providers and other advertising technology firms to collaborate across multiple data sources, without requiring the underlying data to be moved or pooled.

We were asked to create a 90 seconds explainer animation on Infosum’s data onboarding service which is where they can share data between a consumer and a brand without the data being transferred over the cloud, thus ensuring security. Instead, the data goes to a secure bunker where it is mirrored without it having to be transferred.

Realising that this is a complex topic, Infosum wanted an easy to understand video to not only explain what it is but also communicate the benefits of the service whilst adhering to their brand guidelines and limited colour palette.

We started by wrapping our heads around their concept before creating a storyboard which conveyed the manner in which we would represent the narrative.

The animation itself shows a continuously moving camera shot (from left to right) to portray the constant flow of data and the journey of the customer... which is a fantastic visual method of storytelling!

Throughout, we smoothly incorporated InfoSum’s complex iconography and colour pallet of 6 green tones in order to stay on brand.
