The Challenge

MILWAUKEE® Tool EMEA’s annual conference is a major event where international distributors, partners and internal teams gather to explore the brand’s latest innovations and future direction. These conferences combine strategic presentations with product storytelling, making the visual experience just as important as the content being delivered.

For the 2026 conference in Rome hosted at the futuristic La Nuvola Convention Centre, MILWAUKEE® wanted to refine the presentation format and deliver a more streamlined, forward-thinking narrative.

Rather than relying on a dense presentation, the goal was to focus on clear storytelling supported by impactful visuals. The presentation needed to explore three core themes -

  • The future of the jobsite

  • The future of the professional user

  • The future of the MILWAUKEE® brand

The challenge was to translate these themes into animated visuals that could captivate a large live international audience while maintaining clarity across the presentation.

The Solution

Working closely with the MILWAUKEE® team, we helped shape the visual storytelling framework for the conference presentation. The creative direction focused on delivering a series of “hero” visual moments supported by clean and concise slides that could guide the audience through the narrative without overwhelming them with information.

To achieve this, our team developed a visual approach combining cinematic film, CGI environments and motion graphics. These visuals were designed to explore the future of construction environments, evolving jobsite roles and the technology driving the next generation of tools. Special consideration was given to the unique architecture of the La Nuvola auditorium, ensuring the visuals would work effectively across the venue’s large LED display.

The Execution

Our team produced a suite of presentation visuals designed specifically for the conference environment. Alongside the opening sequence, the team developed several high-impact CGI slides that explored themes such as sustainable jobsite environments, workforce development and MILWAUKEE®’s ongoing investment in research and innovation.

Motion graphics, transitions and visual storytelling techniques were used throughout the presentation to maintain momentum and ensure that key messages were communicated clearly to the audience.

The Results

The final presentation delivered a visually engaging and striking conference experience, replacing dense slide decks with powerful visual storytelling.

By combining cinematic film, CGI and motion graphics, we helped MILWAUKEE® communicate complex ideas about the future of the industry in a way that felt clear, dynamic and memorable.
